The Vallarta Botanical Gardens has a mission of conserving our natural environment and sharing the best of local Mexican heritage and culture with our guests, and our Hacienda de Oro restaurant operates with the same vision.

Our traditional clay plates and dishes were handmade by a family pottery in Michoacan.
